This is a little 'electronic eurorack modular synth jam'. I am singularly the one recording, producing/ posting and composing/ compiling the works as it is recorded. A synth riff i'm making for a goa song i'm working on. This is at 135 bpm and the notes are f, c#, c, b, g#, used the poizone in fl studio, pulse wave with pw modulating, and with a nic portamento. Enjoy and spread ohm through goa.
Half time: notice the snare moves to beats 3 of measure one and two (beats 3 & 7) while the hi-hat plays only on the quarter notes. Note also, for example, that the quarter notes 'sound like' eighth notes in one giant measure.

Had a patch. Changed speed, attack and delay time. Got this. A bubbly noisy landscape. At the end i dissconect the "main lfo". The one thats makes things advance. But beyond that i get sounds.

Yep, i'm reading allen stranges "electronic music: system, techniques and controls". Interesting from start. This is a patch made with lessons from chapter 5. 20 modules involved. The ending is just modular freak-out. . . Whit the turn of one pot. . . Leading to some nice sound fx.
Started with me playing with doepfer a-146-2 as gate delay. Went on using it as a wave shaper. Went on and on. . . It's not a very big patch. But the outcome is nice. It's a mix of chaos and random. Yes i'm using jerk off and sloth. Analog modular synth fun.
Boring sound. . . Neuron patch (?). . . Inspired by nlc squid axon (i have saved some hp for that one!) i have patched up a simple 2 stage asr with 2 s/h. Most of the time it plays its atonal melody, but when the patch is stimulated (by a sloth lfo) feedback opens up. I can adjust the sensitivity in different ways (so i can simulate the intake of drugs. . . ). The sound from the oscs goes though vcfs with some resonance. The vcfs are controlled by the same sloth lfo. My neuron patch. . . No hands during recording. My favourite part is when nothing happens - for almost 1 min?! but you can hear the filter working via the vcfs. The cv must be in some strange area.

I use a voltage controlled lfo (vclfo) for this experiment. When i send a trigger to the lfo it resets and start over again. In this example i'm using a sinus wave output. I send the output, the sinus wave, to1 - a sample and hold (s/h) module2 - a quantizer3 - straight to vco. The s/h and the quantizer are triggered at the same time. Even an envelope a generated with the same trigger. All three sounds are controlled by this envelope. First out we have s/h (left)second straight to vco (right)third the quantized (center). As usual its fun to take a real close look at the wave!.
